These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

2. Your order

When you place an order we will email you to confirm it. That email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or we can't make the personalisation you asked for, we will tell you and refund any payment.

3. Personalisation

We make personalised items with the text, dates and photos you give us, so please check them carefully. You must have the right to use any photo or wording you send us. We may refuse to make an item if the content is offensive, unlawful, or uses someone else's work or trade marks without permission. If we refuse, we will refund you.

Each item is made to order, so small differences from the product photos are normal.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total price, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. If we find a clear pricing mistake, we will contact you before making your order.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Promotions

Discount codes and offers apply only as described when they are shown, and can't be exchanged for cash. Prize draws have their own terms, such as our Snap & Win prize draw terms.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
